John saved my house and probably saved my life...
I bought an old farm house in Sutter Creek ten years ago. This summer I noticed that the old wood siding had some dry-rot. John came out, pulled the siding off and found many problems.
Termite damage had been left in the walls, several electrical connections for lights and appliances had been done improperly and were fires waiting to happen, and my deck, which I had just had repainted with new railings had been done incorrecly leaving several dry-rot beams wating to collapse.
John made the drawings, got the permits and took the time to do it right. He was great with the building inspectors who went out of their way to work with him.
Bottom line, I bought an old farm house that I did not know was unsafe. John came in and for much less than I expected he turned my home into what looks like a brand new place. And I sleep well at night knowing all the faulty wiring and beams have been replaced.
